All our products are made to order and created especially for you. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• You received a defective product or the wrong item

• The product was damaged during shipping

If this happens, please contact us at info@mikekoubou.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the product.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
